After an adventure I wouldn't care to repeat with friends I wouldn't care to lose I'm back in my kingdom. I left it a terrified princess and returned as a slightly-less-terrified queen. Now the work really begins. My father had control over the minds of everyone in this kingdom for so many years that it's like they've all just woken up from a very deep slumber. Their minds are foggy and their thoughts are slow, so dispelling the myths and unraveling the webs he created is a slow and delicate process. I have to be patient. So far things are going pretty well. The biggest problem I'm facing is the sympathy most people still have for the man they still view as a compassionate king. Yes, it's a slow process, but I'm not going to give up, and I won't rest until the kingdom is set right again.
